Sprint Distance Triathlon – 750m Swim, 20km Bike, 5km Run
Standard Distance Triathlon - 1.5km Swim, 40km Bike, 10km Run
Standard Distance Aquabike - 1.5km Swim, 40km Bike
PRIZEGIVING - 1st, 2nd & 3rd place Male & Female in each race (Aquabike prizes subject to numbers)
Energy Gels, Water, Snack Bag, Medal and a Refreshing Glass of Erdinger Alcoholfrei for all finishers

Refreshments will be available to purchase on the day with all proceeds going to LOROS Hospice

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We are well aware that circumstances can change but we also ask you to be mindful that we are a small triathlon club who host the event - not for profit, so therefore offer a strict cancellation/refund policy.
Cancellation up to 1 month before the event – Full refund (subject to 3rd party admin fee)
Cancellation 1 month – 1 week before the event – 50% refund (subject to 3rd party admin fee)
Cancellation within 1 week for the event – No Refund
Swim
Bosworth Water Trust lake is a 750m open water swim (1 lap) around the both islands in the main lake. Follow the buoys, keeping them on your left hand side. You will be allowed a warm up before the race starts.
You will enter the water before the start at the marked entry/exit point and be counted in. You will be given a 5-minute time check before the race start, and a 1-minute check before the swim start. You will exit at the marked exit area once you have completed your lap(s) and follow the route to transition.
Bike
Exit transition and turn left out of the waterpark then left again onto the B585 Wellsborough Road, please take care when joining the traffic. After approx. 3km you will turn left onto the main road A444. There is a slip road to join the main carriageway but please be careful as this is a busy road. Continue along the A444 for approx. 5km then turn left onto Fenn Lane. Continue along Fenn Lane for approx. 6km then turn left onto Shenton Lane. Continue along this windey road for approx. 3km and then turn left onto Coton Lane. After 0.5km bear right and continue along Coton Lane. Continue along this windey road for approx. 2km. Complete the required number of laps starting again here, then turn left into the Waterpark where you will be directed to the Dismount line and transition area.
Run
The run is a flat run around the lakes and grounds.
Run out of transition, follow the signs and marshals and you will run your required number of laps of a 1 mile course around the lodges and lakes, picking up a band for each lap you complete.
When you have completed your required laps simply run into the finish chute and finish with a big smile.
A refreshing glass of Erdinger Alcoholfrei will be available for all finishers.
